Six ways to put your design on a product.

All six run in-house, on our own machines, under one roof. Nothing gets jobbed out.

DTG

Direct-to-garment

The ink is printed into the fabric, so the design moves and feels like part of the shirt. Best for detailed, full-color artwork and photographs on cotton.

DTF

Direct-to-film transfer

The design is printed to film and pressed onto the garment. It keeps its color on dark, blended, and textured fabric, where DTG loses brightness.

Embroidery

Stitched thread

Your artwork is turned into a stitch file and sewn into the garment. It doesn’t crack, fade, or wash out, and it reads as premium up close.

Sublimation

Dye sublimation

Heat turns the dye into gas so it bonds inside the surface instead of sitting on top. Nothing to peel or crack — for polyester fabric and coated hard goods.

Heat transfer

Vinyl & heat transfer

Cut or printed vinyl pressed into the garment — including glitter, puff, and halo finishes. Hard-wearing names, numbers, and logos for team and workwear, plus dimensional specialty looks flat printing can’t produce.

Ink is cured with UV light as it is laid down, so it bonds to hard surfaces that fabric methods can’t hold. Sharp edges and strong color on rigid items.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?

No. One item is a real order and goes through the same process as a full run.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. There’s no subscription and no setup fee — you pay per order, plus shipping.

Which print methods can I choose?

DTG, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, and UV print. The options you see depend on the product you pick.

Which method should I use?

DTG for detailed, full-color artwork on cotton. DTF for dark or blended fabric. Embroidery for hats and anything that needs a stitched finish. Sublimation for polyester and coated hard goods. Heat transfer for names, numbers, and single-color logos. UV print for rigid surfaces.

What file should I send?

A PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at the finished print size. The studio warns you if a file is too small for the print area you’ve chosen.

Can I print more than one side?

Yes, wherever the product supports it. Prepare each side before adding the item to your cart.

Can you ship straight to my customer?

Yes. Enter their address as the recipient at checkout and we ship directly to them.

How is shipping priced?

At the carrier’s real rate for your order and its destination. No flat markup.

Where do I follow the order?

In your account under Orders, with tracking as soon as the parcel ships.

What if the print is wrong or the item arrives damaged?

Email support@packwave.io within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. If the print is wrong or the item arrived damaged, we reprint it or refund it — you don’t need to send anything back.
